Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, Mastercard, visa, debit cards, NFC mobile payment, and Venmo.


Q: When are your opening hours?

A: We are open 7 days a week! Monday-Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 11am-5pm, and Sunday 9am-7pm. Holiday hours will vary and will be updated on our Google My Business page.


Q: Can I schedule an appointment online?

A: Unfortunately we do not have an online scheduling platform yet, but we will soon! Please keep an eye out for our updates.


Q: Is your nail salon wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, we have a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking spot, and bathroom.


Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Absolutely! We believe quality is very important to our client's nails. Please keep in mind that this only applies to gel, powder, or acrylic nails. If you find that your nails are chipped, cracked, or damaged within a week, you can come back to our salon for a free nail repair! Please give us a call or walk in to schedule an appointment first.


Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes - this is the perfect gift for holidays, special occasions, birthdays, and more! Our gift cards are good for 1 year.


Q: Can I request for a specific nail technician?

A: Of course! If you find a nail technician that you love or prefer to work with, you can simply request for them when scheduling an appointment or walking in. We will schedule you with them according to their schedule.


Q: Should I make an appointment before coming in?

A: It is not needed, however, it is much easier and more organized for both of us if you do schedule an appointment ahead of time. This will ensure that you get taken care of as soon as possible so we can prepare for your appointment before you arrive. If you find that you need to cancel, we would highly appreciate it if you could please give us a call so we can open up that slot for another customer.


Q: I'm not able to schedule an appointment. What should I do?
A: If it's the same day, it would best to give us a call to see if we can take any walk-in appointments. During our busy holidays, it can be tough fitting in walk-in customers when we already have a full schedule of appointments. We hope you understand.


Q: Can I bring my own tool supplies to the nail salon?

A: Yes, however can discounts can be applied.


Q: Can I use my phone during the nail appointment?

A: We do not have any restrictions, however, we recommend that you refrain from using it during your nail sessions since it could prolong the service. If you have a very important phone call that you need to make, we kindly ask if you could step outside to take it.


Q: Can I bring food and beverages to the nail salon?

A: Food and beverages are not recommended, however you may bring them in and eat in our waiting area. We politely ask that you throw away any trash that remains.


Q: Can I bring my dog to the nail salon?

A: Absolutely! Bring in your fur babies anytime - service dogs or not!
